RE ENTRY VISA PLS HELP!

Hi,i need help for anyone who has any idea about getting a Re Entry Visa.I do have an Open Permit valid for the next 2 years though my visa is expired already & i need to go back home (Philippines).Can u guys pls tell me which form to fill up,where to send it & the cost.Any help is greatly appreciated!

Apply by mail through one of the Canadian offices in the US.  The instructions are on their web sites.

I have the same problem

I have a WP & TRP walid until July 2012
My passport is expired so i got a entry visa to my home contry Kosovo, once i go there ill get the new passport and apply for a visa in Vienna.
Is there a chence they deny it or anything?

I have a note in my TRP and WP sayingthat living Canada does not invalidate them.
Im flying 23rd Sept returning 31 Oct

Is 1 month inaf time to get the visa from Vienna office?
