Please make sure your medical instructions were not lost like mine. If I compare with my Caips notes I received the (2nd)medical request one week after the date mentioned there "IM 1017S REQUESTE: date".
London CHC uses normal postal mailing system and our postal system is not very efficient. I have lost dozens of mails sent from overseas. My first application was rejected in 2000 becasue I lost the interview letter and 3 reminders. Also lost fisrt AOR and medical request of my 2nd application. I sent a complain to every email address mentioned at the website of Pakistan post including the ministor and to my surprize they actually investigated it and regional post officer came to my home by himself and requested my to write satisfactory comments on their report to save his job. Now I receive international mails and they have removed the email address of minister from the website but have added a new tab for online complaints.
But now I am happy to loose those mails and have firm believe that "Allah kay har kaam mein koi maslehat hoti hay" and is better for us. I got the visa at the right time when I needed it badly . Alhamdolillah now i am in better position to get a good job in Canada due to my experience which I have earned during this period.
Just make sure that your medicals wern't lost.

Hi, you got 10 for Age all other factors zero, how about the Total, is 10 or more than 10?
Also, the "explanation" you sent to the VO, may reflect in your next caips, you may or maynot get a response.

                          The total was 10 also. To tell you the truth the visa officer has messed up with my case mixed up the whole file. Asking for documents i am not suppose to provide that is  what is holding my case at the  same place and i can not get medicals.

He is not competent enough to handle files at that office.

But good there is this caip notes i will follow him from time to time to see the mistakes he has made a gain.

There are a couple of papers he made notes on my caips notes, but he has never requested me to send these papers and they are a lso in my file. I did notarized all my papers and sent to them.

I will continue waiting and let you know what has happened.

Please try to follow up with them, maybe your mail was missing in the mail. Your caips says that medical instructions were issued so they must have sent ti already long time  ago.

Please try to  follow up the case with your visa office.

Although I am not from fast track and my case goes back to 2004, I have received my caips notes recently. My total  score was mentioned and I was waived according to seldec that was given 4.
my question is what is the meaning of the following statement ?? File BF D to : 29-09-2010

BF'D is the next date the visa officer was suppose to look  at your file.   Then all is fine with your case , you just have to be patient and wait.
