RCM and RCM2 caips codes

Dear Friends

As per my observations RCM And RCM2 Stand for some department not for VO name because i have seen so many applicant BF'D with this code RCM even one to two years old applicant.

As they have given me same code RCM and RCM2 in my BFD.

What do you guys think shall we ask Visa office what is RCM or RCM2 does this will be good idea or not if yes then what will be the best way to ask?

They have questioned my ielts score and i have provide thim more then required documents.

I don't know which kind of strategy used by visa officer against PA if your ielts is low like 6 points or 7 he is going to question you or refuse your application even though  you have very good experience education age AEO what ever he is not considering you as a skill person.

In other hand if you want to study in canada and you are enable to score well ielts or you can't provide them setisfactory result to university of collage.

What they offer you take some foundation courses with them and afterwards you will be able to gain admission in degree or in any diploma.

Why they don't use this strategy for skill worker this is true you'r not going there for education but you have to upskill your self in any new country.

Imagine  if some one on 5.5 or 6 band and just short of helf band does he need years to gain half band or just some months?

Communication skills in english or french for canadian immigration is very critical. IELTS is the only measurement as far as english is concerned. so as per their procedures they have every right to take a decision on linguistic skills.
