Dear All,
I applied in feb2011 got my status RBVO in may2011 and got a Query about my employment details from Visa officer. I heared visa officer only enquire only at In Process time so does it mean visa officers are working on case and my status will be In Process soon.
Please advise....seniors please help!!!!!!!

yup thats right..actuualy it does seem to be In process even if you cant see it in online status details...queries from your Visa office mean your app is currently under active processing (background checks)...next step should be medicals when this ends at their end.. Dear All,

Agreed with haral!
Sometimes it takes a while for the e-cas to be updated! It doesn't mean though that you are RBVO. You will also see this when they will update your status, it will have a date of around this time.
If all went fine then you wait for your MR soon. Depending on which VO you are on, they request PCCs along with MR, or first one and then the other.

Ah, just noticed it.
ND VO usually requests PCCs along with MR, so you probably won't lose much time. Be ready to submit them though!

my PCC issued on 13 march 2011 and as i heared will be valid for next 6 month means 13th Sept 2011
and i am not sure that i could send this one if they did not demand
anyonefromND @ is there any problem to get 2nd PCC if 1st one get expired

Actually they want it 3 months fresh. I don't know if NDVO has different requirements. If it's not a problem to issue newer ones then I think that you should. Otherwise a ND applicant maybe knows if it's okay or not.

I was wondering if any form of processing occurs at RBVO stage and your experience would suggest that it does. PCCs need to be within a three month validity from date of issue when it reaches the VO. Once it reaches the VO they are valid for 1 year. What employment docs did you send them with your application? How did they contact you with their request? |

Of course not. You can ask for as many PCCs as you want. I ask one almost every month just to be prepared.
You should request yourself new ones to be ready.
