Hi All,
Need your views on my case,
I applied in Ainp....got nomination and was further called for an interview on 18th oct....till date i have not recived any revert from ND office...is it positive or not.....
My Caips says that my case is ok....but visa officer has some issues so she called me for an interview, caips also says that ND office has yet not recived Ainp notification from ainp office in canada...
Please suggest if it is psotive or nagative because even after one month i have not recived anything from their side(pp,medical, landing fees already sent on 20 june)

I have already sent a mail to both the offices but recived no revert...and whn i called the ainp office in canada...they gave a genral statement that once they have given the nomination case is closed

Hi

Did you order CAIPS after your interview ? If yes what is the BF Date given on that? i think they are still waiting for ainp notifcation , dont worry you will hear from them soon. If they were not happy with the interview they must have already replied you and your status would have changed to "Decision Made" if its still show "in-process" than no need to worry they are just verifying.

Cheers

I have got refusal letter the said,

you have obtained insufficient points to qualify for permanent residence in canada, the minimum requirement being 67 points. please note, you did not provide sufficient proof of residency for your relative in canada. a copy  of a permanent resident card establishes that your relative has received permanent residence, but does not satisfy that your relative resides in canada. terefore,no point have been awarded for relative in canada under adaptability. as such, you have not obtaned sufficient point to satisfy me that you will be able to become economically established in canada.

can i appeal?

1. your case belongs to insufficient documents provided category......you did not sent latest residence proof of your sister's current residence in CANADA...for example her bank statement, tax statement etc. So they didnt gave you 5 points for adaptability.

2. your balance points are as under :

edu-20
age-10
exp-21
language-12
adap-0

total---63 point

So you dont qualify

3. if you are married and your wife is graduate then you can get 4 points for her and hence you can qualify

4. Otherwise you can send appeal with the missing documents for reconsideration.

5. I am surprised why they didnt even bother to call you for interview to clarify
