Author Topic: QUSETION ABOUT MENTIONING SIR NAME IN FORM  (Read 376 times)

Actually i have applied recentaly for pr to canada from india. In my passport in given name space the
name is mentioned ravi kumar while sir name column is empty. My consultant said to me that we have
to write something in sir name column. and he worte my sir name aren in that column.which is no where
mentioned in passport. he said no prolem i can add sir name later on while my papers are in process.

I just want to ask is this is right process or not?

Get the Name in your PASSPORT updated.........!! All yr names everywhere should match

you mean SURNAME sir?

everything that is written in your passport
should exactly show in your application form...
