I have a friend who has unpaid credit card loan from Dubai. He is not there anymore and now is applying for immigration. My question is, he has a case there? It could affect this on his application? What will be the common problem that he could face on this kind of problem?

if he stayed more then  6 month in dubai ,the immigration will ask for police cetrificate clearance and at that point if the bank run a case on him it will be reflected in the certificate.

There are many people who had the similar case , eg pending loans from Bank and Absconding from employers.
So PCC was denied to them in both above mention cases.

Your friend will have to approach the bank first and get cleared his pending dues. Else suggest him not to apply for immigration. He will never get PCC from UAE.
