Hi,

How do I get Medical Report - Section A  from the High Commissioner in London?

I have searched the website everywhere but can't find it anywhere and when I call up the DMP office they tell me I can't book an appointment until I receive Section A from the High Commissioner in London!

Anyone have experience in getting section A here in London?

Thanks!

The medical form is in the Region Specific guides. The checklist states:
"PROOF OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Include for yourself and each of your family members Copy 2 of the Medical Report-Section A that the DMP will sign and give to you when you undergo the medical examination. See Appendix C for additional information."
The High Commission does not send you the form. The DMP office receptionist is confusing the requirements for different classes of immigrants. For some immigrant classes, the medical is done after the application has been sent in, when the visa office requests it; but for an outland spousal sponsorship, you must send in proof of the medical with the application.
