while filling SPOUSE - Additional Family information form IMM5406...what we write on the collumn..

Applicant --- (either it is Principal Applicant name  or Spouse Name)
Spouse   ---- (either it is Principal Applicant name  or Spouse Name)

little confusion..

hi

in the Additional Family information form you will make 2 copies

the first one you will be the Applicant and your wife will be the Spouse and the brothers and sisters will be yours

the second one your wife will be the Applicant and you will be the Spouse and her brothers and sisters
