Quick Question about our ongoing application process

I recently received my AIP (I'm the applicant) on our Inland application for Permanent Residency.

I checked on CIC today for any changes, and it says

We received your application for permanent residence on October 25, 2010.
 
We started processing your application on December 7, 2010.
 
Medical results have been received.
 
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.  

Does this mean they've made a final decision about our application, or do they check Medicals in first Stage?

  Thy have already made a decision. Therefore wait for it. It could be a good news only.
