**When it asks for date From __/__/____ TO__/__/____ if it still current what do you write? Today's date or nothing or Present?
**When it is not applicable do you leave it blank or write N/A?

Quest 10 If you are Canadien Citizen, is your claim to Citizenship by descent?
I was just born there, does that mean it is by descent?

1.  PRESENT or NOW are both good
2.  Just write N/A to be safe
3.  Tick yes - you get to explain that the child is his in the application for PR as part of your "proof"
4.  No - "by decent" means if you were born outside of Canada to Canadian parents and received citizenship through their citizenship
