questions regarding sponsorship

My name is Boluwaji, I have just secured admission in Brandon University, in the department of applied disaster and emmergency studies. However, I want to know if I can use my Uncle's company as my sponsor. second, the tuition fees for the course I intend to study is about ca$6,000.00 a year and the duration for the course is 3 years, can someone just tell me how much money must be in the account so as to convince the embassy that there is enough money to sponsor me.
