Hi All,

I requested my employer to issue me an exp letter. The problem i am having right now is the company is issuing me a letter back dated on Oct 2006 as I work with them till Sept 2006. wil this create any issue? I am trying to convince but what they saying is since I left them on sept 2006 they are issuing it on dated Oct 2006.

Any suggestions....
