Hi All
Regarding the employment letter can i send the document "requests/petitions to USCIS for U.S. visa" and more over it is xerox copy given by my employer to me ..so can i submit that one or else do i need a fresh offer letter on company letter head frm my employer ..
the requests/petitions to USCIS for U.S. visa is also on my companies letter head but xerox copy ..
and
i had transferred my h1 from one company to other so do i need to take the service letter from previous Company or else i had the document  "requests/petitions to USCIS for U.S. visa" for previous company also.. will that be sufficient or else i need some thing like serviceleter or releaving letter stating my duties..

If any one can send me a template of offer letter that would be great my Email id:it.kranthi @ gmail.com
