Questions re: post-grad work permit

I just recieved my three-year post-grad work permit (YAY!) and see that it has the condition of:
"Unless authorized, must not attend any educational institution or take any academic, professional or vacational training course."
I'd like to continue tutoring at Algonquin College, and in order to do so, must take at least one class per semester. I've chosen an online class, but will not sign up for it until this condition is clarified. Does "authorization" mean having an exemption in writing?
Someone told me that with this permit I could take a class, as long as it wasn't part of an academic diploma or degree program, or as long as it was shorter than six months, but I wonder whether you could confirm that information?
Also, it has the condition:
"Not authorized to work in ... 3) Primary or Secondary School teaching..."
Does this mean I cannot tutor or teach at an Adult High School?
Thanks so much for your help.

Wow! Stumped the forum. That's a first!!
Here is what I learned, for those with similar questions.
1) With a post-graduate work permit, one
may
enroll in continuing education as long as the course(s) fit in
at least one
of the following categories:
not part of a degree or diploma program
the course is six months or less
it is taught 100% online
it is a language class.
2) According to the support fellow I spoke to at CIC, tutoring at a post-secondary school (college or university) is fine. He also said that Adult High School was not considered "primary or secondary school", so I would also be able to tutor there.
If anyone has contradictory information, please feel free to post!
