I only payed the
Application fee 550 x 2 = 1100
OWP 150
Will my application be return coz I didn't pay the RPRF 490 x 2 = 980   ??

hi plussy nope it's not required yet to pay the RPRF, but since my employer willing to pay it so I did paid all the fees.

Apparently yes, but not all the time. In some ways/cases they are not considerate but they are loving though. Oh well that's life guys. Good thing they will be away for a month and they said I can cook whatever I wanted to cook. Yay Filipino foods here I come Wish the kids will cooperate

I think Marriage Report is if you got married outside Philippines. I'm sorry in my case I got married in the Phils. and I only submit my SECPA/NSO copy of my Marriage Certificate.

 i got married also in d philippines, so what form did you use? bcos there's another form there for amendmend(maiden to married). thanks again..i really appreciate it:) btw just in case i apply for a trv w/ my new passport w/ my married name would you think they will grant me a re-entry visa?coz i'm afraid they will deny it kc mgkaiba na name ko sa work permit at passport pag narenew/update ko passport ko.thanks

 @ joycelam im stuck with my police clearances. I will try to call Norway and Denmark on monday night canada time to ask why they issued under my single name. If they can issue me under my married name or what.And only by then I will submit my OWP and PR app. I will keep you posted. I just feel sad that nobody answers my query here. I'm sure somebody out there experienced this. I just can't imagine how come some peolpe experienced my situation doesn't want to share.. ));

there's no other form fujinice. please see the link that i posted earlier and print that pdf file. I did submit requirements A.B.C.E. plus fee. How long have you been married? Did you informed CIC already? In my case my WP extension is still single because I didn't renew my passport the time I applied my WP extension (last Nov 2010 and received WP extension Jan 2011 ) but I did attached a cover letter together with the copy of my marriage cert. One time I did phone CIC asked query about my Police Clearance and get the chance also to asked what name they can find with my Client ID number they said it's in my married name already maybe because I already informed CIC that I'm married by submitting my marriage Cert when I did applied my WP extension.
