Hello members,

We've been silent readers of these forums and found the information very valuable. Many people asked the questions we had, and many more answered.  Thank you!

Our skilled worker application is currently RBVO (London office).  We had hired a representative, but we are very unhappy with them at this stage and would like to cancel the appointment.   We have a couple of questions, and would very much appreciate your help:

1. The guide to form (IMM 5561) instructs us to send the form to the "office where you submitted your original application".  Does that mean we should send it to the CIO in Nova Scotia rather than the consulate in London?

2. Form 5561 does not include an updated address/email section.  We want to ensure that the address is changed back to ours (rather than representative's).   Do we make the change through the London office web form?  How long does it take to switch addresses? We're concerned about the transition, and want to ensure we don't miss any communication from the CIC.

3. If the form is to be submitted to the London office, could we submit a scanned copy of it through their web form, or do we have to send the original via post/courier?
