Hi Nectar,

I have asked you questions before but wondered if you could help me with this. You have so many threads was not sure which one to use.

It has been 8 months on the 10th of this month since I got my 2nd AOR.  My status is still RBVO.
I did e-mail them 3 weeks ago but no response.

I am a pre June 26th applicant 2010 (nurse and midwife NOC)  Should I just leave things and wait or should I e-mail them again as a
reminder.  The AOR letter states to get in touch with them if I have not heard anything after 8 months.  I know they are really busy and to be honest I don't want to pester them.

Other quiestion is that I am now married to a Canadian.  He lives in Canada and I in England.  Should I just wait for my FSW application, as it maybe close to being 'in process' or should I let them know I am married.
I really don't want it to be delayed and was not sure if adding this information is going to be of benefit to the timeframes.

Thank-you very much

Dear morning,

Congratulations on getting married.

Marriage- Change in personal circumstances therefore I will suggest you to inform CHC London about your marriage and of course this won't put a negative impact on your application.

You may also ask for your application status by first week of May 2011.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice.  I got married in Hawaii so we are still waiting for the marriage license to arrive.  Takes 4 months.........a long time.

I'm off to Canada for 3 months in June so I think we will also submit a spouse application.

So much for the 13 month process......I feel it is going to take much longer.  I have contacted CIC but still no response from them.

Good luck with you.
