Questions about what to send to Sydney!!!

I live in the US and I will be sending an application to Sydney, NS. I know I need all application as well as the application fee and a copy of my passport bio(applicant only). Now, what about self-addressed labels pr envelopes as they mentioned we need two? DO I still need to send them? DO I need to send two?

you need to send labels not envelopes. Yes, send two. All i did was print my name and address out on a white sheet of paper and i did that twice. that was my address label.
