Hello,

I was hoping someone could help with a few questions:

I am British but living in Canada, I am applying for Permanent Residency under the Skilled Worker category. Is it true I can go through Buffalo? Is this the place to go?

Do I need to pay the right of Permanent Residency fee and the Prinicpal Applicant fee now?

Many thanks for any help you guys may have

1.  Were you admitted to Canada for 1 year?  If the answer is yes, then you can apply to Buffalo.
2.  You have to pay the Processing fee, $550 with the application, you can pay the RPRF later.
