Hello from Poland,
next year I'm going to Canada on IEC program and would like to stay there permanently. Most interests me, New Brunswick or Newfoundland and Labrador, because there is probably get easiest to pnp skilled worker. Probably not find work in the NOC 0, A, B and in those provinces enough job full time. Now I have a few questions.
1st Can I apply for PNP skilled worker while I'm on IEC?
2nd How much time must pass before I get to the skilled worker PNP, Can I do it before IEC pass?
3rd Does job offer must be approved by the LMO?
4th How long do I have to wait for permanent resident
(avarage)?
5th When I apply for permanent resident Do I have to leave Canada or can I make everything in Canada?
6th In which province it will be easier to get a job and reach the PNP skilled worker program?
7th In which province they need more staff  to care for old people?
What do you advise me and what have you tips for me?
greetings Arthur
