Questions about MPNP (Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program)?

My dad will make papers for my 1st cousin next year to come to Canada (after March). My cousin will be under the MPNP - Family Stream. My cousin lives in Vietnam, so Singapore is responsible for immigrant applications forms.

And I have a few questions.

1. I am aware that processing times differ but from observations etc, what is the average time for an application for the MPNP be finalized?
2. What is the average time to receive the LOA (Letter of Acceptance)?
3. What is the average time to receive the AOR (Acknowledgment of Receive)?

1.  10 - 15 months.
2.  LOA......5 to 8 months.
3.  AOR.....15 to 30 days.
