Hello,

I have a couple of question regarding my FSW. I have already got my approval from CIO in May 2010 and I have already sent my complete documents  to Buffalo.  The problem here is that I have been living is province of NB for a while and decided to stay which I have already mentioned in my application form, however, I have received a job offer from BC and I do not know what I have to do next. Should I call buffalo and tell them what is happening and then move to BC? I really dont know what to do.

Applicants under FSW can land any where( except qubec) and work any where ( including qubec).
Place mentioned in the application does not matter. No need to take any steps.

Thanks a lot. Then I have all rights to move out. What about changing address and informing them about new job.

Instructions for change of address notification are on the Buffalo website :

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/buffalo/imm/change_address-changement_adresse.aspx?lang=eng

As for the change of employment, it doesn't matter if you're you're Cat1 ("on the list") but would matter if you were Cat2 (Arranged Employment).

In the latter case, if your offer of permanent employment is no longer valid (and it must be at the time the visa is issued), your eligibility is also terminated. If the employer you are leaving provided the offer of permanent employment, I would advise waiting until you have your PR before making any move....

I don't know what would happen to your application if you have a NEW (different) offer of permanent employment to replace the first; I don't know if they will let you substitute one for the other or make you re-apply.

I am under FWS3 which is:

Legal residence in Canada as a Temporary Foreign Worker or Legal residence in Canada as an International Student for at least 1 year  immediately preceding the date of application.

So You guys think i wont have any problem to move out then.
