The No. 6th question of IMM 0008 Schedule 1 is:

6. Your status in that country:

What should I answer? My H1B status or my working status?

The No. 3rd question of IMM 0008 Schedule 4 is:

3. Which provincial government has nominated you?

Should I leave it blank? Or should I fill it with Alberta?

Thanks.

If you are on H1-B,  your status in that country will be Temporary Resident

Write H1B. Buffalo office knows what that means.
