Questions 9 and 10 on the Sponsor Questionnaire

My apologies for what may seem to be two really easy questions. I'm in the process of sponsoring my husband and I'm hesitating over what information to include in questions 9 and 10 of the Sponsor Questionnaire. I was sponsored as a child so I assume my answers for questions 9 and 10 should be YES.

However, question 9 asks what date you became a permanent resident. Are they asking for the date that I was issued my PR status or the date that I became a landed PR (ie. arrived in Canada)?

Question 10 asks when I was sponsored to come to Canada. Do I include the date that my mother applied for my sponsorship or is it something else?

I was sponsored by my dad too, but I'm not sure what you mean by landed PR..I would think it's the same as 'PR'...
I put the date I arrived in Canada, this is the date that was on my PR card as well. Is there a question abt what date you were sponsored? I only remember the application asking who sponsored you...anyway...the only date I put was the day I became a PR, not the application date.
