questionnaire of determination of permanent resident status

i recived a questionnaire(IMM5511) for determination of permanent resident status ,on 9 Aug 2010,on question #15 they asked about the periods when i have been pysically present in canada ,and before that question they provied explenation that say
(( for the period since you have been granted permanent residence or landed in canada or in the five year periods immediately to the date of this request if you were granted permanent residence more than five years ago))
do thise mean that i should have 730 days of residency till the date of this questionnaire(or request as they state),so as the officer can approve my PR card renewel ,or i need the 730 day befor the date i applied for the PR card renewel.
pleas a need a replay ASAP,thank you.
