Hi Friends:

I received a letter from Buffalo and they said they cannot process my application before my IELTS scores are less.
I have been in the US for past 7yrs, i'm been nominated for the analyst of the month and on the official website public release.

Please help me and let me know how do I proceed in this situation.

1.  You got a refusal letter from Buffalo, is that what you are trying to say?
2.  That your IELT score was low and that you didn't make 67 points?

Yes... They sent me a letter from the seattle office and mentioned that I have scored less than 67.

Can anyone help how do I approach the embassy again?

1.  Well you have been refused, so the only thing you can do (other than a Federal Court appeal) is re-apply with a higher IELTS score.  You start over at the beginning.
