Hello friends,

I have a quick question for those members who are not native English speakers and I believe we have many Urdu and Hindi speaking members here Smiley.

I am in the process of preparing my initial package to send to CIU at Sydney, NS, and want the members who have already gone through this stage to confirm one small thing for me here.

The form "ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION" says at the top that "Complete ALL names in English and in your native language" (Urdu language in my case). So, this is what I understand and am going to do.

1. Type all the information (including the names) in English language in this form at my computer.
2. Take a print out of this form.
3. With black ink pen, write the names in Urdu language in the Name field. Please note that Name field also have the names typed in English when I typed the form in my computer.
4. This way, I'll have the names mentioned in English and Urdu both, on the same form and in the same field.

Please confirm if this is the correct way of doing this? Or am I missing something here?

Regards.

Yes, i red here on forum, one member did exectly and it wasnt any problem, while i am going to do same. you have one option more, you can include one copy of same page for all names in urdu and attach with fourm that have names in English,  but i'll prefer to first option, it looks more ecurate.

How do you guys write your name in English?
Do you follow English rule (First name first, then last name) OR write your name in exact order in your passport?

In the name box what i did.

I typed all in English, took its print out and before sending wrote all names in Urdu with black pen, in the same box starting with right alignment in same sequence.

First, Middle, Last/Sir Name

I did exactly same as Javad..

and that is correct if your name is not too long and if it can fit in name box. do it there or else add additional sheet and put name in english and urdu as well.
