Question Related to Vistor Visa processing fee-Urgent help needed

 have applied for temporary resident visa to visit Canada for me and my wife at from Canadian Embassy,Washington.I have included an fee of $400/- (family rate) by mistake.
I got my application package back saying that
"The processing fee is incorrect/Outstanding,See attached fee schedule"
 
Now my question how much processing fee i need to include for me and my wife for multiple entry.
Temporary resident Visa-Multiple entry-each person $ 150.
 
1) Do i need to include as single Cheque of $300/-
2)Do I need to include two cheques of $150 for me and my wife seperately.
This is little confusing for me.Any quick response in this regard is appriciated as i am running out of time.
