Question regarding where I've resided

Hello all,

I'm unsure how to answer a couple questions on the Sponsor Questionairre IMM4430.  #8 asks, "Have you resided in countries other than Canada?"  For the summer of 2002, I was working in Hong Kong for 4 months.  Does this count as residing?

And a related question is #11, which asks "Are you currently living in Canada? --> Since when?"  I am currently living in Canada.  For the "Since When?" question, would I put the 2002 date when I returned to Canada from Hong Kong, or should I put the day I landed as an immigrant in 1983?

Choose either date but attach an explanation for your answer stating the times and dates that you have lived in Canada.

Just answer the question truthfully, you lived in Hong Kong so you enter Hong Cong.
