I am a Canadian citizen living in Italy with my Husband my question is on the sponsership application it asks first for your family name then it asks you for family name before marriage here in italy the wife keeps her maiden name so im unclear on what to put in that space

put her name in both , this is not a seriuos thing so dont bother urself with that
