I know that one has to submit IELTS general for Skilled worker category, but i jus want to confirm that is it possible that if i submit my IELTS academic with my application then later on i'll be asked for ielts general until i would hv received my general result as well. so will I be considered within the cap? or once the application is returned the cap rule will still be applicable to me?? n can anyone plz gimme an idea that how much time will they take to return an application for missing documents??

i'd really appreciate if you guyz gimme some advise regarding these questions..

Thanks in advance,

Sib

Hi.

Sending academic ielts seems to be taking an unpredictable risk since you are unable to see the other side of the coin.Whether CIO will return your whole package or will just ask for general ielts score in later. If your pckge is returned, it will take time at least 2 to 3 months to reach your hands.Once your application is returned, you will not be considered within the CAP.In this case, before you resubmit application pckg again, CAP might have been filled.I would rather suggest to submit general ielts in lieu of aced:
Good luck!
