Hi Guys,

I have some questions regarding the following ,I am permanant residant of canada.

1) I have a vilid B1 Visa .I got it stamped in May 2011 And is valid for 10 years. I have visited USA 2 times so far.

a) If i apply for H1B Visa will they cancel my B1 Visa.
b) Will there be information sharing between USCIS and CIC regarding my work experience and previous employers
when i apply for H1B (USCIS).

I am currently working for  a software company and i have been with this company for more than a year now .

Is it a good idea to move to USA on h1b or just wait until i get my canadian citizenship and then try for TN Visa.

Kindly suggest.

Thanks,
PKAKULA
