Hello Sir/Madam,
I have a question regarding CSQ points. Well, I have applied for CSQ but got rejected (got 54 points). Now i am planning to reapply but i heard that Quebec immigration has change some rules, According to new rule French test is mandatory if someone wants points for french and in my old application i got 2 points for french.
My question is if i reapply without french test result are they gonna give me that 2 point (which they gave me on old application) or not?
Please advice!
Thanks,
Jeeya

You will be assessed based on prevailing rules, so if you are not submitting test result with you application, then you will probably get zero for French also bear in mind that if you are claiming points for English language, you must submit test result with your application. I wish you all the best.
