Question Regarding CAIP/GCMS Notes

Hello All,

I am about to apply for CAIP/GCMS notes for my CEC PR Application but have a doubt about something. So under the Privacy Act, I can request information for myself for free but what about the dependents on my file? Do I request their information on the same PR application through Access to Information Act and provide dependent's consent plus $5 fee for the service? Or is it only Privacy Act since its just one Application? Would greatly appreciate a response from you.
