my college has started and i have given my medical check and i am expecting my visa any time soon my question is if i get my visa and i go there will there be a problem since im late? will the immigration officer refuse me entry? what should i do?

Same here yar i have also given medical check up and sent my passport back in there website it says 28 days upon the complete receipt. It means that once they have it ur all supporting documents plus your medical check up result after that they take another 28 days to process ur application.
