QUESTION RE PASSPORT REQUESTS FROM LONDON - ADVICE PLEASE

Hi there,

here is my situation, I am currently in New Zealand, have just had my children's passports renewed and need to have their NZ study permits transferred to new passports, however we are just waiting on our PPR from London - England. I don't want to risk sending the passports to NZ immigration in case London want them at the same time, is there any way I can ask LONDON, England when they are likely to ask for our passports? I don't want to risk holding up the process any further.
