Hi All,

Just want to check if we can submit just a scanned copy of the Option C print-out..

CPC-M told us that my husband is qualified to sponsor and now our docs are in Manila for visa processing. Recently I asked the forum if Option C print-out and T4 are the same but it turned out that we still need to ask for the Option C.

Our application is now in Manila for processing and my husband just got his Option C. Shall we mail it now to Manila or wait for their letter advising us that it is needed?.. Or can I just submit a scanned copy of it?

Need your advise... Thank you again..

The Option C is needed during the first stage - the sponsorship approval. After that, they don't need it anymore. My husband even had his returned with the sponsorship approval letter.

If your sponsorship was approved, then I think it's highly unlikely that the visa office will need the Option C. I guess you can send it, but I'm almost certain it's not necessary. I've never heard of the visa office requesting the Option C. Personally, I would wait. Manila usually sends out an AOR and if it's needed, they'll ask for it then.
