I'm a Canadian citizen currently living in Canada.  I'm looking to sponsor my wife from Venezuela.  We recently had a baby boy last month. 

Does our application require the NON-ACCOMPANYING FAMILY MEMBERS DECLARATION form? 

We will be applying for our son's Citizenship separately. 

I don't want to run the risk of having our application returned. 

Any and all feedback is appreciated.  Thanks!!
