Can the cosigner on a spousal application be the spouse that is being sponsored?

You dont need a CO SIGNER if your going through spousal family class....
but if your sponsoring parents or dependants, then yes

No. The sponsor of a spouse cannot use a cosigner. You don't need one anyway, because you do not need to meet a minimum income to sponsor a spouse.
The cosigner can be your spouse only if you are sponsoring other relatives, such as parents.

No. Person being sponsored cannot be the co-signer.
