Hi there,
Can spending 6-7 years illigaly in USA(no criminal record)affect our Canada aplication somehow? We are almost two years in our own country.
Please advice.

Hi,
It will depend if you where deported and if it shows in your criminal record. They will requiere the FBI to issue a clearance if there is any record that you spent at least 6 months in the US
