I received an e-mail from CIC Canada that my Federal Skilled Worker application received a positive final determination of eligibility and is now will be forwarded to the visa office in Buffalo for further processing.  Please help me to understand the process after this.  I have no clue what is going to happen next and if I can check the application status on line.

Thanks for your help.

When did you receive your AOR from CIC? Sometimes, to check your Ecas online, it might have taken a few days/a week more.Dont worry. You can have an access later. Just try on daily basic. The review by your VO might have taken a few months and not exactly know as it may vary depending on individual'  background info.

Hi,

Perhaps, I have no idea about OPW.If you wanna try to apply as a FSW,you outta check the 29 NOCs whether your working experience match those NOCs at

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=*
Pls click on NOC code, then you look over the job descriptions of NOCs.

Unless your working experience fall into those 29 NOCs,you should post your questions at

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/general-all-canadian-immigration-b13.0/

There are lots of experts regarding a variety of  Immigration matters and somebody can render the correct answers for your case.
Dont worry! Every problem has a solution!
