Question on Reference / Experience/ Employment Letter

I am applying for AINP under Strategic Recruitment Stream - US Visa Holder Category. As most of you might know, the standard designation for "almost" all the H1B visa holder is "Programmar / Analyst". However, the actual job description varies according to the project. An example is that I could be a Network Engineer at one project but a Server Administrator in another one.

My current job description i.e. Network Engineer falls under Job Code "2147". This is what has been written in my Employment Letter. However, I am not sure of what the company wrote while transferring my H1B Visa. Keeping in mind, this situation, can anyone please guide me on:

1. Does it matter if my designation with USCIS is different than what my Company gives me in the Experience Letter ?

2. Where can I get the job description for 2147 and 2174 ? I want to make sure that I write what needs to be written. My earlier application was rejected coz my description contained "updated and better description" which did not match up with CIC.

3. I am requesting my employer to give an experience letter "with the job description required by CIC". Is there any standard format which is preferred or recommended ?

Get the LCA pages from employer. Those pages have duties of System Analyst programmer. In practical life, people know that you are reference of another Business Analyst of your company.

Get the LCA pages from employer. Those pages have duties of System Analyst programmer. In practical life, people know that you are reference of another Business Analyst of your company.

Anything which demonstrates you that your are 2174 or working as a 2174, you should provide that. Whether it is LCA pages or It is employer letter.
