Question on medicals

Hi,

Can medicals be done before they request it. Also can it be done in a different country from where VO ? eg if the VO is Buffalo can it be done like in Pakistan or does it have to be in the same country as the visa office.

You can only go for medicals once requested by the respective Visa office. And yes you can get your medicals done by a designated medical practitioner by CIC in your country of residence.

You cant do the medical before they request it. As CHC sent the medical form ( Which they already wrote the file number-visa office-date of birth ...) to you and as per this form the Docter will write this reports .

My dear friend...First of all ...Medicals cannot and should not be done before CHC send you the request , once your initial processing is completed and CHC finds your case fit enough to be considered for Medicals. Moreover CHC will send you the Medical forms with the photos of your every family members (Accompanying or Non Accompanying) to be submitted to your Designated Medical Practitioner (list will be provided to you by the CHC) . Regarding city, medicals can be done anywhere or as requested by CHC but it should be done at any one of the DMP's clinic only.

One more question. Would they ask my parents and siblings to have medicals too or just me ? I am not married with no children.
