Hello seniors, I have applied for Canada PR on IT Manager Category when I was in L1. Now I shifted to Non-Managerial post on H1. Now I need to send my main application to local visa office in US. Is there any effect on my PR process due to visa change / job change? FYI, I have already completed 4 years of manager role. Please advise what care I need to take while submitting the main application.

Definitely NOT an issue as long as you have at least 1 year of experience with job responsibilities falling under 0213, in last 10 years.
As you have 4 years.. so you will get full marks for experience.

Indeed, not a big deal as long as you have 1 year of Manager experience.
Don't forget to submit all changes that happen to you (visa/job/etc).
