can we work outside alberta in other province, after getting the PR stamped for AINP ?

well, technically you can work any where in Canada as your PR is valid all over. But since you have sign an affidavit that you will try to establish in Alberta so you better do some effort other wise they may question your intention of signing affidavit.

Also if you are nominated through family stream, your sponsor may also will not be able to sponsor any other relative in future through AINP.

thank you. will it have any impact (if i am not working in alberta) while applying for citizenship after 3 yrs? is there any workaround?

no idea... but one would suggest that you atleast stay for 6 months in alberta so to establish your efforts...
