Hi,
I received my CAIPS notes but unable to understand some of the terms. If someone help, will be great.

I have completed my medical and sent passports (medical and passports requested same time).

Here are some more updates in CAPIS -

sorry I may have not understood what you said. So let me rephrase the question. If I am in Canada and with valid working permit I can do it without the need of asking somebody else to do it on my behalf? in other words I can request it myself is that a yes or a no?. Or do I still need someone else to do it on my behalf even though I am in Canada with valid working permit?

You can order a pdf copy. Go to caipsnotes.com. All you need is your file number.

Not really you also need to provide a consent form for all family members 18 and over. And also I can see there is $30 difference with doing it directly to CIC office than thru this caipsnotes.com so..But Thanks a lot Chigirl..I really appreciate all the answers here, there are no wrong answers..just different views....
