Can i leave Canada and can i apply from my home country for Visitor visa and then recieve work permit at Border with LMO ?

Hi Guys,

I applied for Work Permit extension and at that time i was waiting for LMO process i wrote confirmation number on application,after two weeks lmo got rejected, then my employer applied again from the beginning,i called CIC to remove LMO's old confirmation number and i told them i don`t have confirmation number for new LMO. My application will soon be reviewed and my question is can my working visa still be Positive what are chances to have positive answer ?

Please write if u have any suggestion that will be helpful for my case
