Question for seniors on Spouse sponsorship.

Hi,

I am a PR since sep 2009 and have been working in canada till now(never left the country). I am getting married in few months, but my fiance is in india. I know that i can apply for her PR in new delhi office. But can i apply Temporary Resident Visa for her and apply for PR once she lands in canada.
