First of all,I wanted to aprecciate You,for doing a great job on this forum. As I've seen You have answered almost all the question in this forum. For sure You deserve the wright of immigration to Canada faster than us,for simple reasson that You are goodprepared for it.Congrat.
One small question for You,just to make it clear;I've worked on the job that is listed on the Ministerial List of 38 for more then 3 years, but my education doesn't match it(is different from this job).
If apply,do you think I may be qualified?

Thankyou from Jimmy.

thanks.

i dont think it matters. I worked previously in a bank and in IT but dont have a banking/commerce/business or IT degree. Of course, you cannot claim to be a doctor without a medical degree, but there are many people who go into IT without IT degrees. So it really depends on job i guess, most jobs allow it. People are teachers without a teaching degree, etc but this would be hard to believe for a doctor, nurse, etc.

I am not an expert at Canadian Immigration.
Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

Thankyou for your prompty answer my friend,
My situation is;I've diploma on accounting, but my job at Tax Agency (as Tax Crime Investigator) isn't at the List.
But also I've worked as a Restaurant manager, wich is included on the List.
So I may use it.
